If i buy Server In Germany, Do you charge setup fee?
Ans: No we do not charge setup fee on above listed standard configuration. Setup fees is applicable only if you want customized server.
Do you offer recurring discounts?
Ans: Yes we offer discount on Germany dedicated servers on quarterly, semi annually and annually contracts. Also you can check our special offers section for discounted server deals.
Do you offer refunds? Do you offer trial dedicated server?
Ans: We do not offer trial on dedicated servers nor provide refunds on cancelling the dedicated hosting service. Money-back policy is not applicable for dedicated servers once it delivered.
An IPMI access available for the server?
Ans: Yes, IPMI access will be provided on request.
Is Germany dedicated servers are ddos protected?
Ans: Yes, All servers are ddos protected by default, upto 1GBps attack.
Can I order extra Germany Server IP?

Ans: Yes! You can upgrade to more RAM or higher capacity drives and bandwidth. Please note that upgrades may be limited to what is supported server model. In order to upgrade, please submit a ticket to our sales team.
