Ans: No we do not charge setup fee on above listed standard configuration. Setup fees is applicable only if you want customized server.
Do you offer recurring discounts on Special Dedicated Server Deals?
Ans: These are already best deal on dedicated servers. So further discount not possible.
Do you offer refunds? Do you offer trial dedicated server?
Ans: We do not offer trial on dedicated servers nor provide refunds on cancelling the dedicated hosting service. Money-back policy is not applicable for dedicated servers once it delivered.
An IPMI access available for the server?
Ans: Yes, IPMI access will be provided on request.
Is dedicated servers are ddos protected?
Ans: Yes, All servers are ddos protected by default, upto 1GBps attack.
Can I order extra IP on dedicated server in Netherlands?
Ans: Yes. You can order upto 32IPs with Server for monthly fee. (Subject to approval, Justification required) By default server comes with 1IP.
Can I upgrade / modify my dedicated server hardware?
Ans: Yes! You can upgrade to more RAM or higher capacity drives and bandwidth. Please note that upgrades may be limited to what is supported server model. In order to upgrade, please submit a ticket to our sales team.
